How conservation and policies dictate how the work is governed in regards to Georgian buildings and that specialists involved must have knowledge of these building types. The main conclusion through the literature study and the case study found that the defects associated with these types of buildings were similar to one another due to the nature of the construction and the methods that have been used to rectify the problems.
